As a student of holistic nutrition, Herbology, an amateur chef, health nut, lover of plants, food porn, dinner parties, the local food movement, farmer’s markets….food, health, and wellness are a huge part of my daily life, and a major interest. I was a vegetarian for 15 years, on and off being a vegan, and have now transitioned into eating local and humanely raised meats. I think the way we prepare food, think of food, and what a big influence it is on every single culture is fascinating and vitally important, from an anthropological standpoint to an environmental one, and even spiritually.
